Story Text

What single moment stands out to you the most from the 2005-06 season?
The loss to Creighton University early in the season stands out the most to me because there were no more than 150 students present. Now that the players have hit a rhythm and learned to play cohesivly, they are winning well played games against great opponets. Our team has come a long way since then.

Tell about your experiences during the Kryptonite Kids' magical run through the tournament:
My tourneyment experiences as of yet include watching the games at my friends townhouse and driving to campus when we beat the University of Conneticut in the Elite Eight to join the jubilation on campus.

What do you think this moment means for George Mason University?
We are witnessing history this season, not only our success in the NCAA Tournament, but the result of our national exposure as a result of our impressive victories. High school athletes that may not have considered or heard of George Mason University are being heavily exposed to our name as a program on the rise. When it comes time for them to pick a college, GMU may be at the top of a few highly recruited athletes list. George Mason Basketball will never again go 13-10 like last season, we will only continue to get better.
