Story Text

What single moment stands out to you the most from the 2005-06 season?
Indianapolis

Tell about your experiences during the Kryptonite Kids' magical run through the tournament:
I will never forget the hospitality and kindness which welcomed us in Indianapolis. From our post-ticket pickup breakfast [after driving some ten hours overnight] at Panera, where our cashier started jumping up and down when she saw the Mason logo on my jacket to the girls at Build-A-Bear...it seemed as if the entire city adopted George Mason University with open arms. Even after our run was over, nothing changed. It was as if GMU had won it all. What a great city.

What do you think this moment means for George Mason University?
It means that after saying the same thing the past five years, people will finally take me seriously when I say GMU has the best men's basketball team in the nation.
