Story Text

What single moment stands out to you the most from the 2005-06 season?
Suspending Tony Skinn for the first round...and still beating Michigan State!

Tell about your experiences during the Kryptonite Kids' magical run through the tournament:
Living in Connecticut, it was pretty difficult to catch any Mason game this year! I watched/listened to most of the mens season this year over the internet. When Coach Larranaga sat Tony for the rest of the Hofstra game in the CAA tourney, I thought our season was finished. Little did I know! I watched the selection show while on the phone with another alum (currently in Miami!) and we were so psyched to see Mason just making the dance! Every game we were on the phone commenting! It was so great just to see a Mason win in the NCAA tournament. Never did we fathom that Mason would be a final four team!

What do you think this moment means for George Mason University?
It won't hurt the recruiting! Hey, it put Mason on the map and let all these big BCS schools know that we can play with them! Who knows...another final four run soon???? Let's hope so! Never give up!
